Observation

Multiple people who witnessed the incident, reported that the teacher yelled at and pushed the child and he fell. Multiple people who witness the incident, reported hearing the child say "you pushed me" and the teacher responding "yes I pushed you". The teacher reported herself, that she was frustrated and that she pushed the child and therefore, he tripped to fell to a sitting position. The teacher herself reported that she told the child she pushed him.
